Description

ABOUT THIS PAINTING
A cityscape modern heavy texture original abstract on 1-inch gallery wrapped canvas.  No need to frame.  This modern abstract painting is done with acrylic and molding paste to provide visual interest and movement and then sealed with a high quality varnish for protection.  This piece was originally created for my dining room.  Almost all of my art starts out for me, and as time goes by I’m a bit more willing to let it go.  I painted this one on a lovely rainy day, which is just one of the defining characteristics of this fantastic city which I love.  Teal, white, black, and a few other smidges of colors mixed in–but I find simple palettes are sometimes the most stunning.  “Portland”.  24×48
